dead end or just another pause before the deep breath
this happened to me now first time – i started to write text without any solid idea what kind of images i will post today. “when I’m getting tired of people – I go to the trees, when getting tired of the trees – i go to their shadows..” – i wrote this in description to one of my previous post accidentally contained many trees and shadows. but nope, no shadows in my plans or maybe just a few – what our life without shadows?
these days i’m busy with the thoughts about what is next ? i froze a few running personal “projects” and thinking about “WHY” – why i use camera and what a purpose of my clicks. why i chose this causing pain occupation and not something else, less personal and less intimate… if you are suffering from the same disease – don’t wait for any wonderful solution here, but look on the first image in the series and remember – our life is zebra. sometimes the right answer is just optional, nice to have bonus, no more.
enjoy the Black and White nature …
thank you and welcome to visit again…
Stunning! Bravo!
Thank you ;-)!!
Images beautiful. They all speak.. And your words “Our life is Zebra.” That is one to remember. I will come by to ponder the images a little deeper, maybe tomorrow when there is a little more time on my hands.
Thank you Aline for the kind words. I feel this zebra effect more strong this period of year. All bears are preparing to sleep before the winter 😉
Great set!
Thank you !!
Monochrome at its best – a very satisfying set of images. Des.

Victor, these images and words are honest and beautiful.
Hey Victor a nice set of images. Your words reflect my thoughts about photography at the moment too. Thanks for posting.
Looks like very actual for some artists during different periods of their activity. Thank you for the kind words Peter
You would´t see the light without knowing about the shadows and only in combination there will be draw an image. Great series great thoughts 🙂
I only can say that youre right as usaul Burkhard !!

Thank you Anna !!!
It’s always a treat to check our your posts, Victor, both the visuals and the thoughtful commentary
Why do I click? Because I have to. I click because it makes me feel whole. Something needs to fill the void that makes us notice the monsters lurking in the shadows. And I still go through phases of creative “recharging” too. It keeps us on our toes!
Hey Lilly ! Thank you for stopping by and saying your point of view ! Just continue your wonderful “clicks” !
Some lovely photos here Victor. I particularly like the second and forth. That winding road really works well in Black and white and I love how the flock seems to hover at the horizon.
Thank you Chris for taking a look and careful observation. Hope to bring more emotional scenes soon
Victor, wow, every one of these pictures can be winners. This is you at your best. Incredible images!!
I have to add them to my Redbubble prints portfolio 😉 thank you Sam !
