Fomapan 400 with Holga – plastic medium format camera – part vi

 
I exposed this roll before the last one published in the post about “my regular Holga 120Gn and Fomapan 400 film collaboration”. Somehow i loved less the results i got this time – my visions were too fresh in my minds and very different from the frames i got efter developing, but this is plastic camera celebration of surprises – you never know what you will get, especially with the multi exposures technique.

After multiple reviews of this series, finally i disconnect myself from these frames and loved the urban series i photographed in the northern city of Israel, Haifa.

Recently i always have this camera in my car, loaded with another Fomapan and with taken off lens cap – i don’t want to forget it on the lens and to spend some on these 12 frames for the black square – i did this mistake a few times when i started my adventure with the Holga and it was too hurt to find that i shooted the black hole. Once i even reloaded the roll with the missed frame again and easily found and shooted this frame by the numbers in the back, small window of camera – very simple but time consuming action.

As usual i developed this roll in Rodinal developer, using semi-stand process technique. I always turn (very gently and very-very slow) the tank after 30 minutes of waiting, just a few times for better contrasts.
