Jerusalem, the old City celebrating Ramadan 2021 – part ii.

 
For those who stayed turned – this black and white continuation of the previous post about my walk in the old city of Jerusalem during the Ramadan 2021 days. For these who accidentally arrived to this post, i ask you to jump here and to see the full of the natural colors of the Ramadan celebration “part i”.
 
I don’t have much to add to the words written in the previous post. I willed to go to Jerusalem again this weekend, but according to weather forecasts it will be extremely hot there – 36° (96.8°F) is too much, so I just will wait for the better days. In the meantime, I will spend my time playing guitar and developing the recently exposed film, and reviewing the photographs from the last weekend from the Ashram studio where 4 bands performed live, and that not happening these days too often. today I prepared the new stock of the Kodak d-76 developer and now ready for the bix developing party in my kitchen.
 
About this series. The Black and White is much closer for my perception and seeing. I feel much better with the limitations of BW, I can swim endlessly in the waves of grays and hide myself in the deep shadows, or completely burn the highlights. The geometry, created by all these components is much more interesting to create with their limitations and boundlessness. Just saying.
