People and nature with Fuji GA645 and Rollei RPX pushed to 800
Hello my friends – i continue with a short pause between my post about visiting Geneva a few months ago. I Still have a lot to post and definitely thinking to publish a coffee table photography book (or also ezine) with the best selection of the images from my trip – part of images will be published only in this photobook. As you can guess – it will be a collection of black and white photographs, with a minimum of text and a maximum of Geneva streets moments. Blurb professional-quality photo books self-publishing service is my the only choice for this, so be tuned for more news about.
Today was one of the few Fridays when I stayed at home for the whole day. Pouring rain started to flood the streets in the evening, and even this kind of weather condition is always my preferred one, I stayed at home and felt very comfortable with this choice of doing. I played guitar, prepared some simple food and watched a photography vlogs on Youtube.
I bought this Rollei RPX 400 in Munich – it’s just unavailable in the local stores for reasons unknown to me. For the developing process, I used the Kodak d-76 developer diluted 1:1 – the usual dilution rate I use for d-76. This time I pushed one stop the roll of Rollei with the goal to have higher shutter speed during low light conditions – pushing helped me in a few frames here taken in persimmon groves and with the main goal to get more contrast in results.
Enjoy and stay tuned !!
My friend Ehud.
